Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are subject to the following terms:
1. Deposits
- Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to training
- Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund
3. No-Shows
- No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice
4. Rescheduling
- One-time reschedule may be allowed with notice
5. Digital Products
- No refunds once accessed/downloaded
